- ② When you go to Health Check Up insured person and dependents must be enrolled in Fujisoft Health.
- ③ Insured persons and dependents of voluntary continuous subscribers are eligible for medical examination under the same conditions as above.
- ④ New employees who have undergone a medical examination during the training period, and mid-career hires who have undergone a medical examination using their health insurance card immediately after hiring will be examined this year.

Examination institutions
There are about 600 contracted inspection institutions of Toshinkyo nationwide.
The examination institutions that were available last year may not be contracted, so be sure to check the test agency "Search for examination institutions" every year.
How to apply
- Make an appointment with a medical examination institution
Please have your insurance card ready and make a phone call. (Some medical examination institutions can make reservations from the web.)
If you are a woman, don't forget to apply for uterine cancer test and breast cancer test!! - Bring your health insurance card and go to the clinic on the day
Please be sure to bring your health insurance card and show it at the reception desk to verify your identity.【Precautions】
Assistance by using contracted examination institutions of Toshinkyo or using the non-contracted examination institutions, health check period is within the fiscal year (Year: April 1st to March 31st)

Examination result
The examination results will be sent to your home from Toshinkyo about a month later (excluding some examination institutions *).
(* Some examination institutions ... The examination results are sent in the original format from the examination institution that received the consultation, and the results from Toshinkyo are not sent.)
【Precautions】
- The result will be sent to your home, not your company, so please mention your home address when asked by the medical examination institution or when you fill in your address.
- If you decide to take an additional optional tests (tests other than those specified by health insurance), you may receive the test results from both the Toshinkyo and the examination institution.
- The results of the "Toshinkyo Brain Examination" will be sent to your home in the original format from the examination institution that you visited.
Results will not be sent from Toshinkyo. - Even if you have a medical examination at a different examination institution from the previous year, you can compare the current year of results, it will be same format of Toshinkyo.
